Label tape cartridge already breaking! Used for 15 minutes and the $20 label tape cartridge is already broken... this is not acceptable. Very very aggravating! It’s 2020- labels shouldn’t be so complicated!
Great Label Maker Bought the PTD210 based on reading a review of "Best Label Makers 2020". I had a Brother PT90 that seemed to work ok for a short while, then even with fresh batteries (4 AAA required), it wouldn't print a label without low battery message. This one uses 6 AAA and I put in the 4 fresh ones mentioned above with 2 additional fresh ones, and it was up and running to print several labels using the provided sample labels. Broke :( Two major issues: 1. The Automatic print setting has tons of space on the sides. It’s a waste of tape. 2. It broke before I had even gone through 2 rolls! It’s been over a year so it’s not under warranty, but that’s not much life at all. Bummer!
No power supply & incredibly complicated I have two older models of the P-touch label maker, and I love them. One got smashed, and this one was to replace it. I have two gripes: 1. Comes WITHOUT a 9VDC power supply, but you're welcome to insert 6 AAA batteries when you want to use it. At an average price of $.60 a battery, let's see...that's $3.60, or a bit more than 10% of the price of this label maker. DONT BUY THIS!!! The power will not come on!
Hard to read display when making label. Very disappointed that I could not change the display LCD...unable to read at my desk. Turns out this model does not have a back light which is very important...but that was not clear when I purchased.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! Terrible product, never could get it to turn on after 6 brand new batteries, buying the AC adaptor cord, and calling customer support. Too late to return. Huge mistake.
