very compliated to use Prints too small
Never worked It never worked. I put best new batteries, bought new tape and even pluged it, and still didnt work...
Too bulky I got It because was on sale but it’s too bulky
No cord?!?! It does not come with AC adapter you need to order separate.... wtf Or use 6 batteries. I payed over 30 for a machine that doesn’t even have a cord!!!!!! Update : Cord came in the mail today tried making a label for a small bottle and apparently you can’t choose what size label you want or put words on top of another like a paragraph. Wasted money here.
Scam to get you to buy more tape This machine wastes 1 inch of tape that you have to cut off for every label you print. Do the math, this thing is a scam to get you to buy more tape.
Dont buy due to poor display. Low contrast and unlit display. Absolutely unreadable. Takes 6 aaa batteries.
How long it will last I have an older version of this label printer for some Did not use it all that much but it no longer works. It handles entering & modifying text in various fonts just fine but when I press "Print" nothing. I had installed fully charged batteries so that wasn't the problem. I also have a Brother P-Touch PT-2430 PC computer attached label Maker. It too doe snot work anymore. The systems sees the printer but will not add data to it. I called the local Brother maintenance center and they wanted $60 to check... read more
Stopped working after a few months After 4 months of very limited and careful use, the label maker stopped working. We checked batteries, put on new label tape, and more yet this no longer prints out labels. Very disappointed.
Do not buy Junk. Jammed up and unable to fix on first use.
