Shift key doesn't work The shift buttons don't work when trying to get uppercase letters, symbols on the number keys, and clearing labels. I returned my first product I received but the replacement they sent has the same issue. I contacted customer service twice and they couldn't help me, and the second rep hung up on me. I'll probably return this one because what's the point if I can't use text symbols?
Extremely poor instructions and user unfriendly Screen contrast does not show a different intensity when set for +2 or -2; it is simply too dim to read without a light directed onto the screen. Operating instructions could be improved by defining the terms being discussed and then note what is being discussed in a stepwise manner. Once one realizes this machine was not designed to work in a user friendly manner, then stick to the tried and true method of masking tape and Sharpie pen for easily making labels.
Not nice I don’t want to say anything
First try and there's a "c" stuck on every label I cannot clear the letter "c" and although I moved to to the end of the label, I cannot get rid of it or use the frames.
Stopped worked properly after a handful of uses Unit was used a handful of times. Drains batteries quickly. Now I can’t use ‘C’ key without ‘DC’ being typed. Also unable to use backspace ‘BS’ key.. essentially rendered itself garbage in less than a handful of uses.... DO NOT BUY
Faulty product The label roll keeps getting stuck in the cassette. It is not printing properly. It’s on it first cassette and still not printing correctly. Very disappointed with this product. Don’t buy it.
Waste of time and money Waited 12 days and received a product that DOES NOT work. Would rate as zero if I could.
Frustrated Product does not work and is not eligible for a return.
Don’t buy this labeler! Believe the negative reviews. We never even used it. We could not find an adapter to work and even though I put 6 brand new AAA batteries in it, they would not seat correctly and so the unit would not power on. I kept it around and tried off an on for a year to make it work and finally threw it in the trash.
