Clear printing of Labels but Expensive Tape! You may want to look at other label machines. The labels are printed well however the label wastes 1" of tape at each end of the label. That's 2" of waste. Because the roll of tape is expensive this designs obviously is meant to sell more tape. I should have looked at other machines before buying this one!

Wastes so much tape! Great label maker over all! I bought the charger and as well as extra colored label maker tapes. The one thing I really dislike is how much tape it wastes.... leaves like a whole inch before and after every print!
Doesnt come with replacement cartridges or charger!!! product works fine. for this price, I am shocked they didnt send A. Replacement Cartridges B. a charger.
Horrible Received the unit used and missing power cord and cartridge.
No tape It didn’t come with tape as advertised
No power cord not user friendly This does not have a power cord so you have to buy 6 AAA batteries. Not user friendly. I have wasted half a roll of tape getting the settings correct. Only kept it due to Covid-19 and not wanting to stand in line at UPS to return it.

The instrutions are very difficult to follow First, the labels are longer than they need to be, i.e. there is a lot of blank label material before and after the wording of the label. Perhaps it is because the cost of the label ribbon is over $12.00. But the worst feature is it's complexity which could be solved by a decent instruction manual.
