total waste of This never really worked properly. After it lost it's first charge we could never recharge it. Only have had it for 4 months- would never purchase this again, total waste of money

Doesn't come with so many things. . . be prepared for nickel and diming Brother is really nickel and diming you with this product. Beware that it doesn't come with an ac adapter. That it drains batteries even while off. That tape is expensive and it comes programmed in a way that wastes tons of tape on the side of the letters. Still, it is probably one of the better labelers. The other ones are even worse
Margins too big Beginning of each use wasted about 1" to 2" of tape label of blank space. The margins between printed words are too long. I wish we can cut off the tape as soon as we finish printing to decrease waste.
Spur of the moment purchase and got bitten!...... Totally unintuitive with illogical menus. Have to reread the directions frequently for most of the functions and some still will not work at all. After hours of trolling around through the menus, I still have little understanding of just how this machine functions. Unnecessarily frustrating and incredibly wasteful of very expensive tape cartridges. There's little excuse these days for technology that you work for instead of technology that works for you........
This product is far better then dynamo This is an amazing product very clear letters all are evenly the same Font and none are faded id recommend this over the dynamo

Good if you don't mind wasting labels and batteries The label maker is great in terms of label making but the waste of label tape is excessive. Additionally, the battery life is poor. I put in new batteries and within a half hour of making some labels, the low battery error message appeared. Half an hour for six brand new batteries??? As many others have concluded, this must be to encourage all of us who buy the label maker to buy the power cord as a cost greater than the label maker itself.
