Radiant is downright terrible and full on rip off artist easily at least 2x-4x (or more) what a regular job should cost. A recent experience: I asked for a quote to replace 2 rubber gaskets between the tank and base of my downstairs toilet where it was slowly leaking. I was told: (1) they could not do a 'partial repair' and offer any kind of safeguard or warranty for the work done - they could only do that for a FULL replacement - so he said he needed to replace the full toilet. Guy who came didn't even inspect the water heater issue, just said warranty was over likely needs to be replaced. He went straight to try to sell me an 11k system and a membership of some sort. We went with a small business and the changed the water heater in 1 day for $900 and did a great job! I hate being upsold

This has been an absolute nightmare. After 4-5 trips out an over 6 thousand dollars where each tech was diagnosing a brand new root cause for our cooling issue (and never had any idea what the previous tech did or have previous notes available to them when trouble shooting) we have been told we just had a lemon unit. A lemon unit that just happened to be 5 months out of the 5 year warranty. Ok sure that's so unfortunate and maybe just bad luck- we took their advice and got a brand new unit, spending another 15k. Asinine new billing process. Pretty much just texted customers saying they were going to start charging monthly. Because of issues with my last service was credited $50. It does not make sense to charge monthly for a service provided quarterly at best. They no longer have a way to pay up front. That would be great if billing was correct, but my credit has yet to be honored and on top of that the wrong card was charged. The problematic new billing is making me regret being a customer. Had them come to our rental property to install new kitchen faucet. The faucet was in the home upon arrival. First we get a call saying the faucet is not the right fit. The idiot that was there was trying to sell my tenant another faucet from him for $450 up to $1000. We ordered the Kohler faucet off Amazon for $187 and it was exactly the right one. Friendly technician. I would never recommend this company because their prices are outrageous. They quoted me over $1200 to switch out a kitchen faucet, just that. I'd already paid separately for the service call/ diagnostic. I almost fell off my chair. They sure are proud of their faucets.

I called with an emergency situation. No AC. Heatwave, kids pets and elders in the house. The lady who answered the phone was not skilled in how to practice good decent customer service AND More than Two weeks before they could service an emergency call!!!! So after dealing with their computer AI phone service and then finally a human who was very unhelpful we called a local Company--TAV-AIR and they came the same day at 10 pm and charged us half the price !! Amazing!

Felt like I was at the mercy of the technician from the start. Immediately made me feel like I was doomed for having an old unit as he stated with out looking at the unit "yup she's done for". Said it was going to fail no matter what temporary solutions they made. Told me he had an anniversary today and made me feel like he was going to rush. Radiant is horrible. Don't use them. We were using Woods Comfort as a monthly service. We ended our service with them, because they charged so much money for a leak when the ac system was not cooling down to the temperature selection by a few degrees. Woods said we had a leak and charged us $1900 for finding and repairing the leak. Obviously, they charged to completely fill the system when the system was not completely low.
