I was very pleased with the very caring staff of this facility. And when I visited the facility for my mother-in-law, the decor was homey and perhaps a little updated, but very comfortable and the colors were warm and inviting. Someone thought that a remodel was needed and cooling the colors down to gray and white was somehow more modern. Well, it may have been modern, but it was very cold and uninviting in my opinion.

I recently toured Rancho Peñasquitos Senior Living and was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The community felt welcoming and warm, not clinical or cold like some places I’ve visited. The staff greeted me with smiles, took their time answering my questions, and clearly knew the residents well — you could see real relationships and respect. [name removed] and [name removed] were both so helpful with answering questions and concerns. The community is very nice and the staff is lovely. Activities were going strong during the tour. A few different areas for games. Highly recommend.

My father had a challenging transition into the living center due to an injury he has suffered previously. The staff was very experienced and mindful when it came to my father's needs. Moreover, they really cared about his well-being.

Realizing my parents needed extra help was incredibly hard. From our first tour, [removed name], the Executive Director, was kind, patient, and took extra time to talk with my mom and dad about the big life change ahead. I recently toured the Pacifica RPQ community for my parent and was very impressed. The welcoming atmosphere was very reassuring. The staff were warm and pleasant to the other residents. [name removed]the administrator and [name removed]the marketer took a lot of time with us to answer our questions. We left our tour feeling confident that this is a well run community.

This has been a rough time for my mom but also for myself. PQSL has made the transition as smooth as can be. Most of my dealings have been with the sales director. She has been professional, polite, attentive and punctual throughout the whole process. I have dealt with the business office manager a few times and he is very helpful, polite and positive. My dad has absolutely loved his experience at Rancho Peñasquitos Senior Living. The new team of directors has made such a positive impact—the Executive Director is incredibly involved, approachable, and transparent, which gives families real peace of mind.
