Pacifica, Rancho Penasquitos. They are very caring, friendly, kind people who take their jobs seriously. The facility is clean, affordable, and they offer activities throughout the day to appeal to to a wide range of interests. They typically offer three outings a week, so that residence can do some light shopping, go out to lunch, or take a scenic drive. My Uncle moved into Pacifica Senior Living Rancho Penasquitos straight from the hospital. There, we found a group of professionals who work seamlessly as a team. I get reports of him doing activities so I can keep up to date on his wellbeing. They contact me right away if he needs something I can bring him. All team members are always in a good mood; Its quite amazing! My Uncle has developed a group of friends for dining and feels at home. The place is clean and fun things are alway happening. I think the staff is thorough and very friendly. My Dad told his doctor just the other day "the people that work there are very nice." They keep his room clean and do a great job with the laundry. Dad is enjoying the food, as well.

My Dad moved to their Memory Care, and the entire staff are so kind, and such a great help to my Father. The whole team at Pacifica RP are friendly, caring and very good at their job. Knowing my Dad is well taken care of gives me such a piece of mind. It is a beautiful location, modern, clean. A really pleasant place to live. Really nice front room, patios and activity rooms. I have lived at Pacifica Senior living Rancho Penasquitos for three plus years. This community is extremely warm and inviting. My favorite part of living here is all the friends I have made. The food here is good and consistent. The servers are excellent because they are always so tuned into each individual resident. The activities are off the chart. First of all the service here are fantastic. I would like to give a special shout out to[names removed] for their caring attitude and fantastic service. [name removed]and [name removed] our activity team is extremely caring, helpful, and kind. They are always doing activities with us residents and go above and beyond when needed. I have lived here for 3 years and it is an exceptional place to live. The customer service is top notch- if you discuss a concern with management, they are very attentive and ensure they solve it right away. The business office manager, [name removed], is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help not only myself, but other residents. The care staff are extremely helpful and observant which is exactly what you want when looking for a facility like this to place your loved one.

I would say it is ok. They need more activities for the residents though. I would say it was passing ,but I would spend time comparing to other communities. It was on but probably better options out there. We picked this community, because of the location and discussion of activities that never seemed to materialize.
