We have been going to RBVH for over 20 years with our various four legged puppers and have been very happy with the care and kindness they have extended throughout the years. We will continue to be clients there.

I had to take my 13 year old cat to RBVH, since it was the weekend and my regular vet was closed, for an emergency visit for severe gastrointestinal issues. Once admitted the communication by the attending veterinarian was amazing. They called twice a day (right on time) to discuss Bailey's treatment and prognosis. Bailey was released after a 2 day stay. My only criticism is the cost. I am blessed to be able to afford care for my pets but I do not know what someone would do if money was an issue. The cost was exorbitant.

This visit was approximately one year from our first visit to RBVH. Dr. Arizmendi has helped our golden retriever and our family get through a neuropathic pain situation that was followed by a attack by another dog. We do not know how we would have gotten through it without Dr.A and Roseanne helping us keep in contact through a very tough time. In essence treating the whole family. Most importantly our golden retriever... RBVH is the way veterinary care should be.

the staff was extremely kind and understanding during one of the worst days of my life. i appreciate how they handled a delicate situation ... my pet unfortunately needed to be put down and they were so kind to even waive the emergency fee. i come from Staten Island to receive their exotic pet care which isn't available near me.

Dr. Ciolino is great - she answered all my questions and took great care of my puppy. Only thing I would change about RBVH is not being allowed to go into the examination room with my pet. I understand if it's a procedure but not being allowed in the room for just a general exam takes away from the confidence I have in the hospital, it feels like they're taking away some transparency. Also I find that asking questions and discussing concerns is a much more comfortable process if done in privacy, privacy that's usually found ... read more

Amazing veterinary practice that literally saved my cat's life. I recommend this vet to anyone. Incredible staff, skilled doctors. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a great experience. They were able to find us an appointment and schedule us for an MRI within a day, while other vets had a month long waiting period. The vet and technician were extremely informative and we knew our dog was in great hands. They made us feel heard and that our concerns were valid and found a solution to the problem

I was so impressed with the level of skill the critical care doctors and staff posessed. The information they provided to me in the daily updates was so thorough and helpful. They were kind, professional, and caring. The emergency medicine and critical care unit was absolutely amazing and I knew that my dog was in the best hands while he was there.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The facility runs in an organized fashion, it's clean, everyone is friendly and the Ophthalmologist Dr. Riggle was excellent.
