Leading up to her final days, I took my beloved dog Samantha to Redbank veterinary hospital for evaluation. She was taken care of there by Dr. Alexandra Fontanetta who was superb. She had a great bedside manner as well as awesome medical knowledge in diagnosing Sammy's medical condition and prognosis as well as giving me realistic options about what to expect. I would like to personally thank the hospital staff of RBVH for providing honest, kind and compassionate care for my cat during her last days. Special thanks to Dr. Farmer and Dr. Heil for being up front about her prognosis and potential quality of life given all of the variables. It led me to make the hardest decision of my life, which was to let my girl go. The entire visit from checking in to checking out went very smooth. Within a few minutes of checking in, we were called into a room. The technician was extremely friendly and took my dog's medical history for the past few months (since her hospital stay). Dr. Bento came into the room and was very thorough with his recommendations and next steps for my dog. He answered all of my questions and emailed over his exam report within a few hours. Im so unbelievably impressed by how professional, kind, and HUMAN the doctors and other staff are here. We brought in our sweet Goldendoodle Wally and they treated him like their own baby. They kept me in the loop with everything they did, every step they made. The wait wasn't too crazy either. More of a thank you and shout out as opposed to a review. Saturday morning was the day that I had to put my beloved cat, Max to rest. I had had him for 17 years and he was even estimated to be around 18-20. I was able to come in without an appt. and was not charged an emergency fee. As a matter of fact, I was only charged for the cremation and disposal arrangements. Our dachshund was assessed quickly and they let us know she was stable. It was a very busy Thursday night so the wait was understandably long but staff was obviously doing their best. We did see Dr. Vazin who was wonderful. She checked our pup over, answered all our questions thoroughly, issued prescriptions, and assured us she felt she was fine to go home. Today, she's back to her happy, bouncy self so thank you Dr. Vazin and Red Bank staff for being there when we needed you.

absolutely amazing customer service and spectacular veterinary care for our little teenage dog. Roseanne the Neurology CSR is just wonderful, she guided us through everything, and helped us get right into see Dr. Glass, who is brilliant and compassionate. The cardiology department is amazing. My sweet boy went into heart failure at only 4 years old. Dr. Kristine Brown and Dr. Holly Sawyer oversaw his care while they adjusted medications multiple times until he was stabilized. Once we got his dosages right he lived another beautiful, healthy 2 years. During that time- I would constantly email the cardiology department (I was very paranoid) with so many questions, and they always got back to me instantly. Truly amazing being they are so busy.
