Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. They lie and are extremely crooked in their standard practices. Abel Ramirez to point out is extremely manipulative and the New car sales Director is equally deceiving. They think folks are not intelligent to understand both legal and immoral situations. Arrogance is the driving force behind their motivation they found the wrong client in me. I will take this situation all the way up the chain in a matter of principle.

I’ve owned my brand new car for less than 6 months and already have chipped and broken buttons within the car. When I took it to get fixed at the dealership, I was given a timeline of one day to get fixed and then I arrived and was told it would actually be 3-4 days and I would be responsible for the rental. I have a recall on the backup camera and was also told that the dealership wasn’t responsible for the rental and I’d have to get it on my own. We purchased an Acura MDX and didn't know and wasn't told, that there was only 1 key fob for the cat until AFTER we signed the paperwork! After going around and around I'm sick paying an additional $600 for a 2nd key fob. I'm planning on spreading the word. What a DIRTY, SNEAKY & EXPENSIVE lesson!

Wasted my time after being assured the manager would be able to make a deal work. Came back with such a ridiculous offer that I just had to leave.

My parents are an elderly couple who Jose Zavala (management) and their team took advantage of! DON’T SHOP HERE!! THEY LIE TO YOU!!!! My parents started shopping for a new vehicle, and were told the Ford Edge they test drove was the only certified vehicle on their lot. My mom called the next day wanting to return the car because the vehicle was too much and more than they could handle. They wanted something less costly. First they told my parents they have up to 3 days to return the vehicle if they decided it wasn't for them... read more

Took my wife’s 2020 Explorer in for recall work in Saturday and she received the run around. No mechanic to do the work. No part available. No loaner vehicle. Nothing. Great experience with my sales guy but the service department needs some help. Terrible customer service. And I purchased 2 vehicles from them this year.

They don’t care about what works for you. The salesmen don’t treat women with respect. I left a message for the general manager and also with the sales manager, both of whom never called me back. I don’t need someone shoving a claculator in my face saying they don’t understand how I came up with a figure because it doesn’t make sense. The jerk did that to me 3 times trying to make me feel stupid. I was a return customer BUT THEY DON’T CARE.

Doesn't stand behind their work, they replaced my sunroof less than a year later it was leaking. Took it back in and they said that my extended warranty didn't cover a bad seal. Even though they're the ones that "sealed it" Didn't adjust air pressure when rotating tires, didn't fill fluids. Kinda makes you wander what else they forget to do. Will NEVER purchase or service my truck with any red McCombs dealership. It’s always something with them.
