My parents are an elderly couple who Jose Zavala (management) and their team took advantage of! DON’T SHOP HERE!! THEY LIE TO YOU!!!! Took my wife’s 2020 Explorer in for recall work in Saturday and she received the run around. No mechanic to do the work. No part available. No loaner vehicle. Nothing. Great experience with my sales guy but the service department needs some help. Terrible customer service. And I purchased 2 vehicles from them this year.

They don’t care about what works for you. The salesmen don’t treat women with respect. I left a message for the general manager and also with the sales manager, both of whom never called me back. I don’t need someone shoving a claculator in my face saying they don’t understand how I came up with a figure because it doesn’t make sense. The jerk did that to me 3 times trying to make me feel stupid. I was a return customer BUT THEY DON’T CARE.

Doesn't stand behind their work, they replaced my sunroof less than a year later it was leaking. Took it back in and they said that my extended warranty didn't cover a bad seal. Even though they're the ones that "sealed it" Didn't adjust air pressure when rotating tires, didn't fill fluids. Kinda makes you wander what else they forget to do. Will NEVER purchase or service my truck with any red McCombs dealership. It’s always something with them.

I had an appointment to see a vehicle which was confirmed through text and email. I showed up prior to to my appointment only to be told the vehicle had been sold. The sales manager couldn’t even come talk to me in person and sent a salesman to tell me they sold the vehicle 10 minutes prior to me showing up. Do not take your vehicle here to get serviced. Your vehicle will come out more broke then it went in and they’ll blame it on “chance” or bad luck. Lara Berry and Earnest Garcia are worse than most shady salesman. Drive a hundred miles the opposite direction before you even consider this place.

I really like my salesman David who sold me my car. I am very disappointed that my car needs service in which I would need to leave for 2 days and they no longer offer a courtesy car. This is my only car and I’ve only had it for 5 months. Parking brake not working. Back up camera looks like a rainbow, car jerking when put in reverse. Just a few things and no courtesy car. Sales people and service people are always looking to take advantage of the customer. Got my oil changed there and they told me I needed a new air filter. Most any other place would have just changed out the air filter and charged for the air filter. Red McCombs charged me labor to change it out. Unbelievable...
