I had an appointment to see a vehicle which was confirmed through text and email. I showed up prior to to my appointment only to be told the vehicle had been sold. The sales manager couldn’t even come talk to me in person and sent a salesman to tell me they sold the vehicle 10 minutes prior to me showing up. I understand a sales is a sale but why make an appointment? Mike (sales manager) has NO INTEGRITY and this dealership is shady! Do not take your vehicle here to get serviced. Your vehicle will come out more broke then it went in and they’ll blame it on “chance” or bad luck. Lara Berry and Earnest Garcia are worse than most shady salesman. Drive a hundred miles the opposite direction before you even consider this place.
I really like my salesman David who sold me my car. I am very disappointed that my car needs service in which I would need to leave for 2 days and they no longer offer a courtesy car. This is my only car and I’ve only had it for 5 months. Parking brake not working. Back up camera looks like a rainbow, car jerking when put in reverse. Just a few things and no courtesy car. Sales people and service people are always looking to take advantage of the customer. Got my oil changed there and they told me I needed a new air filter. Most any other place would have just changed out the air filter and charged for the air filter. Red McCombs charged me labor to change it out. Unbelievable...
Huge waste of time. Finance manager is a disgusting bully and after speaking with the GM he has no idea whats going in the place every other sentence from him was " I don't know". They say on there website that they are taking precautions due to covid I have not seen anyone cleaning, the finance manager wanted to argue about keeping his office door closed after he coughed up a lung and had his mask was on mayb half the time, a sneeze guard in a tiny enclosed room is useless when you are coughing everywhere. We bought a 2017 F-150 new. We were not aware of ford , using a 245 spare tire. All 4 tires on the ground are 265. We brought this issue to the service manager Mike at Red McCombs Ford. He stated to us we would have to buy a new 265 for a spare tire. No it should of been the same tires that are on the ground. We purchased our 2016 Suburban through McCombs Ford and everything was fine up until our AC stopped working a week after we drove it off the lot. After investigating under the hood, we realized the condenser was cracked and had been leaking. Now it blows straight hot air. In 100 degree Texas weather, I am now unable to drive my children or myself in my vehicle. Well I’ll start off with the purchasing my truck was EZ, and Jamie was great. But that’s where the praise stops. I purchased a 2019 F150 platinum(a upgrade from my Xlt) on March 2nd the truck was new with 499 miles, I wasn’t able to leave due to headlight bulletin from the manufacturer, had to return the following day to pick up my truck. Several attempts have been made to contact you like you asked us too and NOBODY has EVER called us back. NEVER. We bought a 2015 Altima in December.
