Paid 25k for a f150 from y’all off I-H10 in San Antonio and it was supposed to be detailed and it wasn’t there is blood splatter everywhere I’m pissed with y’all
Quick Lane rep won’t come out to car to greet you. Cattle call inside. No one smiled! After work, go find your car in the parking lot. At least at Toyota Dealers they greet you at your car and bring your car to driveway when finished. I get better service for my Ford at Firestone. Returning there next time.
We agree on a 78k pickup truck msrp was 78,905 and when they bring the paperwork he said that can not take the $905 and if that amount will stop me to buy the truck, and yes that $905 dlls make me remember that I did not like the seat instead of the console and that was it The $905 dlls atop me of buying the truck.
They own a finance company called great state that is a total rip off. Praying on people that can not afford a car or young people. Same on you. Almost as bad as title loans. Ripping off the unfortunate. Shame on you.
At this point I would not recommend. We have left messages with their automated service system and with Ruben. Had an appointment last Wednesday. Told my car would only take 1-2 days. It’s now Monday and NO ONE has taken the time to contact my husband or me to let us know what’s going on. I’m pretty upset. I see lots of people have had good experiences, but I guess I’m not going to be one of them. My next call is to the KENS5 Troubleshooters to let them know what is going on.
Terrible experience with service. The absolute worst I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware. They care only about working as little as they possible can.

Service is awful! They treat females like we know nothing about cars and then tell their husbands a totally different story. No communication, lies when you do get them on the phone ( after you have to call new cars sales to be transfers cause service won’t answer the phones) and your car is filthy when returned. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!
Bad service program. I go in for my alternator fix for $840 and I get my car back and the a/c is not working (no prior issues). Now they want to charge me $1700. May I add, we are now going on 2 weeks without a car.
