Terrible experience with service. The absolute worst I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware. They care only about working as little as they possible can.

Service is awful! They treat females like we know nothing about cars and then tell their husbands a totally different story. No communication, lies when you do get them on the phone ( after you have to call new cars sales to be transfers cause service won’t answer the phones) and your car is filthy when returned. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!
Bad service program. I go in for my alternator fix for $840 and I get my car back and the a/c is not working (no prior issues). Now they want to charge me $1700. May I add, we are now going on 2 weeks without a car.
I bought all my cars from Red McCombs Ford. Service dept. won’t touch my car, 2008 Mustang Bullitt with an ECM problem. Told to go somewhere else without looking at my car. Very disappointed with these people. And after I bought 4 vehicles from them. If it’s warranty work, it got fixed. But cause it’s over ten years old, they don’t touch it. I’ll be buying my next Ford from some place else.
I took my truck to service dept to get A/C diagnosed. Was told I needed a new expansion valve. Warranty covered the repair and I got charged just the deductible. The problem is my A/C compressor clutch still cycles on and off every 10 seconds. I’ve been back 4-5 times. One of those times they told me my recirculation motor was the issue however other auto shops told me that it has nothing to do with the cycling of my A/C clutch. They tried to mislead me with the trade-in.
If you want good service for your vehicle, I would look elsewhere. Both times I have taken my vehicle here the service has been bad. I have always had to take it to another dealership to get it fixed.
I Would never recommend red McCombs the try poking my eyes out won't even call me back when they say they will call them piece of garbage. I purchased a raptor from red McComb's was thinking of getting another truck from them now they lost a customer.✌🖕💯
