I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT HIGHLY!!!Just as I can put in a complaint I can say when the retailer has corrected any misunderstanding. The Service Mgr. Jesse Suniga contacted me and assured me that his department would take care of any problems that I have with my truck. And they went above and beyond to help with a part that was on back order. Mr. Suniga we appreciate your quick response and we will be glad to work with you and your mechanics again.
Unfortunately, Mccombs has really disappointed me. I purchased a new 2017 Ford Fusion from McCombs and have started having issues with the battery draining overnight for no reason. Its something that happens sporadically so it happens sometimes day to day and sometimes it may go a week without occurring. I made it clear to the sales rep. if you can't get the deal done don't waste my time bringing me in. I went in with no deal.
Last time I took my truck for a filter and oil change, filter wasn't changed. My recommendation is mark your filters because management backs their techs, not the customer. Very disappointed, I trusted them 100%.
Modern day Bait and Switch. This is what happened to me at Red McCombs Ford. Here’s how they do it. They send you an email from your sales guy (I’ve leased three vehicles from them and my sales rep is Phillip Cohen), saying that as a customer in good standing you’re eligible for an Early Lease Trade-in. Trying to get an appointment for service at Red McCombs Ford off IH 10. Left 1 message each Monday during summer break. Never returned my call. Called Ford and they got me right through. I then spoke to a service advisor and he stated they would not be able to replace my airbag (safety recall which may cause death) for six months. Called ford back and they put me in touch with Ford West. I have an appointment one week from today. WTH! Never going back to I 10 location.
Bought a car from them that apparently they did not have a title for and now the delay to get the title is a huge problem for me. this was 4 weeks ago now I'm having to leave the state with no title. TODAY NO ONE IS THERE TO TAKE MY CALL. SO SORRY I DID BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I had a bad experience with Red McCombs Ford here in San Antonio, Tx. Their I-10 dealetship. I decided to purchase an extended 4 year warranty for a used vehicle. Long story short, about three weeks later I tried using this warranty , Red McCombs gave me a hard time when it came time to honor their warranty.
