RecommendedTrying to get an appointment for service at Red McCombs Ford off IH 10. Left 1 message each Monday during summer break. Never returned my call. Called Ford and they got me right through. I then spoke to a service advisor and he stated they would not be able to replace my airbag (safety recall which may cause death) for six months. Called ford back and they put me in touch with Ford West. I have an appointment one week from today. WTH! Never going back to I 10 location.
Bought a car from them that apparently they did not have a title for and now the delay to get the title is a huge problem for me. this was 4 weeks ago now I'm having to leave the state with no title. TODAY NO ONE IS THERE TO TAKE MY CALL. SO SORRY I DID BUSINESS WITH THEM.
MY WIFE AND I JUST PURCHASED A NEW FORD ESCAPE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. PHILIP COHEN AND HIS TRAINEE MIKE PINTAR, MADE THIS CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ONE THAT MY WIFE AND I WILL NEVER FORGET. I had a bad experience with Red McCombs Ford here in San Antonio, Tx. Their I-10 dealetship. I decided to purchase an extended 4 year warranty for a used vehicle. Long story short, about three weeks later I tried using this warranty , Red McCombs gave me a hard time when it came time to honor their warranty. The finance manager who sold me the warranty did not fully explain what was covered under the warranty and although he insists that he told me about a 100.00 dedictible, he did not . I had a 0900 appointment for service with the expectation of getting a "loaner" vehicle as indicated on the website when I booked the appointment. Isaac was quick to tell me "we don't give loaners" and to direct me to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car desk where I could get one for $30 per day. I told him I'd wait (that is also an option on the website), then he told me "I have 9 vehicles ahead of you, so it'll be a very long wait". I asked why so long when I have a 0900 appointment? Would not recommend this dealership At all. Very disappointing when you take your vehicle in and you leave with damages that no one will admit to..
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Manager was very unprofessional and rude. They appraised my vehicle to value my trade in and wrecked it, never told me anything I had to find it out myself. When I went up there they couldn't show me video evidence proving they didn't do it, claiming their "cameras did not work." Red mcombs is the absolute worst dealership, they are crooked and I will never do business with them.
Worst dealership DO NOT TRUST THEM with your vehicle it will come back damage and they wont own up to it
Used car. Check engine light comes on 2 weeks after purchase. Mechanic says transmission trouble. We bought the transmission warranty. Red Mccombs won't touch it till we have tune up and spark plugs changed first!? It is less than 1 month after purchase! They want to charge $250 for that service!!!! Will NEVER go back!!!
