Daniel and Warren were extremely kind and courteous. Warren shuttled me to and from my home while my car was being worked on at no charge so I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day. Daniel was my advisor and was very quick and efficient on getting my car up and running for me. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent service. My cars service engine soon light came on called that day a Saturday spoke to Mr. Mike he said bring it in around 2:30. Got it there transmission. The part came in on Tuesday he called me I dropped it off on Wednesday. Mr. Warren drove me to work and picked me up. I was a little late coming out but he was really nice. Not a boring ride he was very nice and entertaining best car service ever. Mr. Mike was really kind. Both men have such a great spirit about them.
Brought my car in to have my AC serviced. Mr. Skipper was very knowledgeable of the service and made sure I was comfortable with the service. Warren my shuttle driver was nice and provided a safe and entertaining ride after leaving my vehicle
Excellent service. Clear communication from Stef regarding work to be completed and expected time required. Warren, the shuttle driver, was most engaging and was helpful in transporting me during the wait time.
This was my first experience with Regal and it was nothing less than exceptional. Made an appointment for the scheduled 5000 mile maintenance. When I arrived, I received prompt service. Was planning on waiting for the completion of the service; however, the courtesy shuttle was recommended so I didn't have to sit on site. Warren, the shuttle driver was fantastic. Knowledgeable and excellent service. Will definitely continue to come back to Regal for all of my Nissan needs.
Everyone was so nice!! Service was fast and loved having the shuttle! The driver was great and you could tell he really loved his job and the people he works for!! Awesome!!
