I had a great experience with my service appointment at Regal Nissan. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I was in and out quickly despite the disruption they have as they remodel. Robbie called me to explain what needed doing and everything was done on time. Warren drove me back and forth to my office and he was very pleasant and professional.
Brad was very helpful, kept me informed. He worked to get a problem resolved with my vehicle that has been lingering. Warren was a very kind and hospitable driver, knew how to get around traffic and very accommodating to get me all the way back home.
I took in my car for service. Very fast checkin service by Mike and Warren drove me to my home. I was back home within half hour.
From the service desk to the sales specialist, Nate, to Warren the shuttle driver I had a positive experience. Nate checked me and out efficiently and worked with me on a follow up appointment. Warren, the shuttle driver, was friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable in the very clean and spotless Nissan Quest van. Warren made sure no one left any belongings when they exited the shuttle. Very pleased with my experience yesterday, May 25th.
I received excellent customer service from the service advisor and shuttle driver assigned to me during my visit to your dealership. All of the employees I came in contact were very courteous also. I have an injury to my foot, and they made sure I did as little walking as possible when receiving my vehicle.
Always pleasant and fast service. Warren, the shuttle driver, is the best ever! I have been going here 3 years now since I bought my 2013 Sentra.
