I drive pass three dealerships just to come to Regal because of will and the other service writes, shuttle drivers ( warren), and the guys that check the card when you first enter the service drive .
Nate was quick and attentive and helped get me checked in and on my way quickly. He remembered talking to me as I made my appointment and helped me know exactly what the charges would be. Warren was great as he dropped me off at work and made sure I arrived on time. Very friendly
Marshall was friendly as always and was available for my appointment time. Warren picked me up from my home and was very courteous and made sure I had a comfortable ride back to the dealership.
Like: Love that I can get my service done without worrying about a ride back to work! Warren greeted me when I dropped the car this morning and dropped me to work. He was courteous and funny. Exactly what you need when you are getting a $500 60K service. Dislike: EXPENSIVE!! I do find the prices at this dealership are 30-40% higher than other places.
Took my Frontier in for routine service. Didn't have to wait at all on arrival. The complimentary shuttle to my office was very helpful. Everyone was very nice.
