My car went in for an oil change, then learned that my car had a recall. They provided me with a ride back to my job until my service was done. The driver (Warren) was very good an professional. Will use Regal more often because now I know I will not be missing work due to needing service on my car.
I enjoy coming to regal nissan for service. The shuttle service is always prompt and friendly. The customer service reigns supreme. I would throughly recommend them.

The dealership was clean, the service department was friendly, prompt and honest. I loved the Courtesy Shuttle - it really made a difference in my experience being able to work at a local coffee shop and get some lunch while my car was serviced. Warren was great! My service representative Stef kept me informed via phone and was honest in his predicted timeline.
