2014 Altima needed transmission replacement after dying on me in traffic. Had it towed to Regal Nissan. Nate, my service advisor, was very professional, polite, and completely on top of things at all times. They even had my car ready a day early. The shuttle driver, Warren, was the best by making me feel like I was his only responsibility.
I have been coming to regal Nissan for about 8 years now. We always have great service. Warren is friendly and professional. Daniel was very helpful and friendly. I drive about an extra 20 minutes to get service at Regal Nissan even though there is another dealership right by my house.
Everyone was great. Reasonable price to fix the Rogue. Car came back clean. I've been a customer since 2004 and my husband and I are always very happy with the service.

Daniel and Warren were great! I was in and out in a jiffy with my customer data updated and in a shuttle taking me back to my office. Not sure I could have taken a coffee break that fast!
I called Nate this morning told him my daughter Rouge was having some issues. He said bring it right in. Warren driver introduced himself asked if I needed a ride. Paul has always great. He took care of my car when he was in service and continues to do a great job in the collision center. Warren is an awesome driver too! He turned the drive on a frustrating morning, into a pleasant one.
Chris was great at assisting me with my Nissan service work and Warren was fantastic and very friendly on the car ride back to my office.
