Regal has the best customer service in the industry, from beginning to end they make sure you are comfortable. Stefan, Marshall abd Warren are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure the experience is a good one...I will not shop for my next car anywhere else... Regal is the best !!!

I've always enjoyed my service with Regal Nissan. Especially with Chris Dendy. He has always been accommodating and efficient in meeting my needs. Today I also experienced Warren, Your Courteous, and very humorous Driver. I would highly recommend this location for your service needs. If Chris isn't there, ask for him. If Warren isn't there, wait for him. You won't regret it.
I was treated in a professional and courteous manner. I was contacted with an update on my repair. The ride home provided by Regal was enjoyable with Warren.
Service advisor Daniel was very courteous and polite. He offered a shuttle to take me anywhere within 10mls radius. Warren (shuttle driver) was very polite too. I had a chance to meet him in the lounge before I knew he was the shuttle driver and was amazed by his kindness and readiness to help other customers with other things like making coffee etc.
Great job by Will (service) and Warren (shuttle). I wouldn't think of taking my Nissans anywhere else other than Regal. They were efficient, professional and friendly. They worked hard to process my vehicle and get me back to work as quickly as possible.
Took my car in for service and it was going to take longer than 2 hours, so I received a complimentary shuttle ride back to work. Warren is quite possibly the most entertaining shuttle driver ever!
Warren was amazing on the shuttle. Extremely personable and fun... made the experience enjoyable. Robbie was extremely helpful. Very personable and friendly. Love that I bought my car From this dealership!!
Yesterday I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and to have the recalls fixed. My experience was just as great as it was when I bought my car. I recommend this dealership for anyone.
