Warren, Chris, Steffan were fantastic! I forgot my wallet so they arranged for me to be brought back to house and then picked me back up. It made my day and helped me tremendously. Thanks guys!
I was easily able to schedule a needed Factory Recall repair in advance. Dropped my car off to Nate in service who had all the info on my appointment, agreed on a time it would be ready. I got a coffee in the customer lounge, and then Warren brought me to my work in the shuttle. So easy!

Great service and professional staff. Warren was very friendly and polite. He spoke very highly of management and proud of working for the this location. Robbie provided great customer service and was speedy and efficient in taking care of my car.

Previous experiences were great, however my last experience in late November 2016 was horrible. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am because the car wàs wasn't driving properly. I was told that there was a transmission recall update on it and that should take care of the problem. I did not hear from anyone so I called around 1pm and 3pm. Someone finally called me back to say that the car wasn't ready.
