I always have the best service here. The ladies and gentlemen at this dealeeship go out of thier way to be accommodating for my busy schedule. Whether that consists of moving your appointment 3 times around new meetings (sorry again!) or driving you back to the office so you don't have to waste time by waiting on your car, I really appreciate it.
They provided a shuttle for our wait (which they told us ahead of time would be long). Warren, the shuttle driver, was friendly and wonderful. Marshall who helped with service was great.
I brought my vehicle in and needed a shuttle. Warren the shuttle driver was very courteous and provided great information and advice. Skipper answered some concerns as well.
Robbie has been great every time I've come in for service for the past two years. Warren was great with the shuttle taking me back and forth to my office. Both guys really make you feel like a valued customer.
As always, Regal takes good care of me and my car! I've bought 2 cars here and have brought my car here for service for 19 years! Their shuttle service is such a huge benefit!
The level of Customer Service at Regal Nissan Roswell is outstanding. I had been put my car at service and is great to have this guys working to has e my car 100% up and running.
Came in for an oil change and had a Great welcome by the team member and very helpful Shuttle driver is also very nice and friendly

This is a pretty busy place. But the service have always been great. I had been here a few times and only had good exp.
