Stefan took care of me during my service trip today and Warren got me back and forth to my dental appointment during the service and was phenomenal.
Regal Nissan has always provided great service and prices. I used the courtesy shuttle to go to a local restaurant while I waited ...and Warren was very friendly and provided great customer service...plus the shuttle was very timely and so convenient!

Stefan was through and polite. He covered all of my concerns and make sure they would be addressed. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of riding with Warren in the courtesy vehicle. He is kind, very easy to talk to and makes you laugh. He makes what could be a very uncomfortable ride with a stranger feel like you are riding with a friend you have known for a while. Thank you for your wonderful service Warren. I would take my Pathfinder nowhere else but Regal Nissan.
Had my 2011 Altima serviced yesterday and, as always, it was an enjoyable and positive experience. Skipper did an outstanding job checking me in and setting me up with your shuttle; Warren, the shuttle driver, was very nice, friendly, and picked me up when he said he would; Chris was very professional and did an excellent job checking me out when I returned to pick up my car. My car was very clean and serviced, and I drove away a happy girl! Thanks, Regal!!
Robbie Jennings took great care of me and fixed what was needed on my car. He also hooked me up a ride to a Starbucks while I was waiting so I could work. Warren was a great driver and very friendly. I highly recommend Regal for your service needs.
