I just received my new Quantum 4 Front tilting chair. Wow those people at the Cincinnati branch are the very best. It took them 5 weeks from the first phone call to delivery. I have never been more pleased with an order, communications and them dealing with the insurance folks are second to none. They kept me up to date every move and more than kept their word. To whom may be reading they need a pay raise! Thanks again to Zack and Adam
