Found this store on line through chatGPT. I am 6’4” and have never had a recliner that “fit”. Also, facing knee replacement I wanted a chair that had a zero G feature. Bob the owner of relax the back In Birmingham was great. I probably spent two hours in the store trying the chairs he recommended. He explained the features in detail. I made my selection, Bob ordered it and I picked it up about a week later. The chair is awesome and the customer service was outstanding Thanks

Great product and Bob had good knowledge and experience. Delivery and set up was excellent. I’m relying, heavily, on my Gravis ZG chair as I recover from hip replacement surgery
