I was dealing with Bob Duncan and he could not have been any nicer! He helped me pick out the chair I needed and colors that would look good. I actually have one of your chairs when you were called the Better Back Store probably 30 years ago. It’s the old style and non-Electric.. Bob was very good about keeping me in the loop and he even delivered my chair! He has a daughter in my area he comes often to visit her so he delivered my chair and set it up for me!!
