I was dealing with Bob Duncan and he could not have been any nicer! He helped me pick out the chair I needed and colors that would look good. I actually have one of your chairs when you were called the Better Back Store probably 30 years ago. It’s the old style and non-Electric.. Bob was very good about keeping me in the loop and he even delivered my chair! He has a daughter in my area he comes often to visit her so he delivered my chair and set it up for me!! Best thing I’ve done post surgery was the relax the back chair. When nothing works to relax the pain and discomfort, this chair unloades the spine and provides options on heat with or without massage. Great product!?

I purchased one of these chairs about 35 years ago and I still sit in it. As I’ve gotten older, I need a little more options like the heated back and the electric. Features. Mr. Bob Duncan was great and made my decisions easy! I can’t believe I just paid almost $5000 for a chair! Ouch!
