The service advisor seemed either untrained or unwilling to work outside the box he was given. All he wanted to do was look on a sheet of paper and not work with me on services provided. A simple oil changed also took over an hour to complete, even with an appointment made.

Took the car in and waited 30 days. No call backs from service had to physically go in and get an update. They called the day to pick up and said the check engine light was on and wanted to know if we wanted to schedule a service call. Husband said it better be off before I pick it up since y'all have had it 30 days. Went to pick up grease on passenger seat and extra screws in the floor board. Went back and asked and was told the mechanic probably had stews in his pocket and they fell out. Horrible customer service

It took 4 hours to do a 60k service. The cost was over $800. Service included plug change and fuel system maintenance. Three hundred miles down the road from home the check engine light came on. ECM monitor indicated misfire on cylinder 2. The service manager apologized for the problem but that's little help 4 hours from home. Fortunately the Subaru dealer in Little Rock was able to get in for service diagnosis first thing.

The associates are very nice, but the wait time is long. I had my car serviced under warranty in June. They missed an issue with my oil consumption. I came in with my oil light on and some other issues. All the other issues were fixed and they stated that my oil was just low. 1200 miles later my oil light came back on. At this time my warranty is expired. I had to bring my car back and pay out of pocket to get the original issue fixed.

Not the worst but not great either, sales and service dropped the ball repeatedly. I would probably not buy another car from them in the future
