They are very friendly. The service was fast and very good. They loaned me a car to do some shopping instead of having to wait. It saved me a lot of time.

After agreeing to warranty service and some needed maintenance, I was called and "upsold" to a "Fuel induction decarb cleaning service" which my car did not need.

We had the car in for a check engine light on the dash. I was told that it was coming on due to the cold. That maybe a sensor was going bad?????. We only had the car for a short while. It died on my daughter on Friday night during the fridge cold. Come to find out the spark plugs were bad. When we purchased the car it was just under 100,000 miles the top end of the sparkplugs life. Awful. They are so busy looking for things that are wrong, they didn't get to the reason it was brought in.

I have been going to dealer for most if oil changes, knowing I was paying a little more. This time though I felt very cheated and swindled. I went for oil change and it was due for some other stuff, OK but they rec'd service to differential that I said "next time". Supposedly did "inspection". Then I got a coupon in mail so decided to go ahead and do it a few days later. This time when they do "inspection" they find additional things like wheel bearings need redone one wheel(I had complained of sound for 6 months, 3 visits, ... read more

Didn't like any of my experience with Reliable. They were not informative about how long or estimate if how long they would be with diagnosis and left me waiting 5 hours before anything was said about repairs. Not friendly service at all. I would not recommend them for anything!!
