waited forever even after having appointment ... didn't wash car and I never even recieved any paperwork or reciept ... very surprised they entered the oil change in carfax ...
Forrester was in the body shop for ding repairs resulting from the previous oil change. My vehicle was returned dirtier than it was delivered. It had a sticky glue on the widows and was filthy from the body shop dust. This made an impression on how UNreliable they are! Returning a vehicle in this condition to a customer who has already had service issues says a lot about how they view customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I can not say it was a great experience. It was my first time there for a service and the gentleman that helped me seemed like it was a inconvenience that I was there he was nice but in a rude I have to be nice way he was also even more annoyed when i told him i could afford to purchase and additional higher package with my free oil change.I get everyone has bad days. IT was kinda scary took it in to get rotors put on that this service department had warped rotoring tires and called to see if it was finished and they had changed the oil instead of putting the new parts on and fixing the problem that they was suppose to be fixing. How are you not troubled over the fact that a person doing the repair was not aware of what they was supposed to do not a very comforting thing to know they are not paying attention to what they are doing....
I made my appointment to get a 30 inch 1/4" crack repaired on the glass panel in front of the moon roof on my Santa Fe and to get the exterior coating done. Upon arrival the service rep said I needed some 30 K services done. When I said it was certified pre-owned he said you don't catch up the services. Very slow. Took over 2 hours for an oil change. Had an appointment for 11 and did not get done until after 1
They need to change their name because they are not reliable
Had car for a month, 14,000.00 worth or repairs to engine!! Did not wash car once returned. Did not even wipe off pieces that they put back on engine that they had apart!! Does not put much faith in repair work done if they do not take pride in their work!!
I've been taking my Subaru's to Reliable since 2017. I've had a few issues here and there, but the last appointment just over a week ago was the worse. They informed me that the inside of ALL 4 of my tires were bald. Actually, they said they were wearing unevenly on the inside and marked them as need to be replaced SOON (one had the cords showing...hardly a YELLOW check mark, which they marked, and clearly should've been a RED check mark on my vehicle report).
