Had a1:15 appointment. Just an oil change air filters replaced and tires rotated. Not a big deal. Until 2 hours later they were finally getting done. Had to clean my windshield, some how got grease or on it. Hmm, strange. Probably will move on to a different brand.

I was waiting 3 hrs to do oil change rotate tires with 3 other people same time when I ask my car was sitting out front for 30-45 min then they got my paperwork so probably won't go back.

I had to get my engine replaced. It was under warranty. They had my car for a month and a half and refused to keep me updated. When I would call they either would not answer or I was talk to the Mazda side that would give me what little information they had. I had a Hyundai case worker she was very nice but the repair center would not give her information either, if it weren't for the fact it was free to fix I would never go there. I will never buy from reliable Imports ever again

The insulation under my hood is flopping around. They had to replace it shortly after I bought the car. But they didn't bother putting any of the push pins back in. Tried to tell me I needed new air filters. Mine are all but white. I'm sure they didn't take pictures of my filters.

I believe the service at reliable Subaru is very bad,the waiting time for service is way to long.I think they believe there time is much more valuable than the customer s they take advantage because there the only game is town

1- Service took just over 2 hours and I arrived 10 minutes early for a set appointment for basic oil change and tire rotation. The service prior took just over 3 hours, and my key was lost when it was done. 2- Attempted to up sale a filter replacement for $93, which I went to a local auto parts store and bought for 25 and replaced myself in under 2 minutes. 3- They questioned an oil service coupon that I had received in my email literally 2 days prior, said it would need to be approved by the service manager.
