Good year went a head performed repairs to A/C without asking to see if we wanted it done.
Too many problems with the car and the people. Once you pay you've got the car no matter what they say before you purchase it. Rude people who don't keep their word. Will never ever go back there. Uncaring
Had to take it back a 2nd time before it was fixed.
They always try to get me to buy more service than the owners manual calls for, and they left a rag under the hood that I didnt discover until I got home.

Reliable in Springfield Customer Service was horrible. Told me they would have my car 2 hours and they had it for 9 hours. Dixie was horribly rude..
