Was told things that were wrong with my car. Every time I get my oil changed it is something different that needs fixed every time. From the very first oil changed it was reported that I had an oil leak and every time after something different has been said about it. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible !!! What else can I say? They did nothing to attempt to repair my vehicle. The transmission still has problems. The technician noted in his repair report, "vehicle has multiple aftermarket lights mounted on the front bumper, this may cause interference with the transmission." These lights the technician referenced, are not hooked up! Another words they don't work! My car has not been fixed was in the shop for two weeks and I have to take it back.
It took over two hours to change the oil and filter in my vehicle after my appointment. This is unacceptable and should never take more than thirty to fourty- five minutes tops if even that long. I have purchased several vehicles from them and had my vehicle serviced by them. I will not return. Poor customer service and no communication.
It was a terrible experience overall. There was little to no communication. They had the vehicle for eight days, but they didn't fix everything I asked to be fixed. When I questioned why, they said I would have to schedule another appointment. Additionally, the original problem remains unresolved. Very disappointing on every level.
After oil change Check Engine starts to flash. Very Nice !!!
The service manager and shop foreman were hostile and lied to GM . They would not give me the alignment specs because their alignment machine was not printing out the correct spec numbers.
When I had my chavey Trailblazer to have a warranty repair done on my backup camera, they had it done wright after the weekend but when I would call to get the status on my car and the service advisor was off sick, no one would tell me anything about it. I had a rental the whole time from reliable and that is fine but my complaint is that no one could check that it was done or not respond to my calls or emails.
