Took over an hour and a half for just an oil change, had to go out and ask for my truck and they realized it was jsut sitting outside already done no big deal until I drove out of town for work and had oil coming out of my truck the next day from the filter.

Still have not fixed the issue. It was not satisfactory. And now the electrical plug ins stopped working also. This needs attention

Horrible, liars, thieves, cheats. Will never go here again. Shame. Been going here for over 25 years. Done.
CEL. Took it back twice for same issue. Issue was not fixed the first time or second. Additionally, I agreed and was charged for parts/services that I really did not need for this service and that were out of the B2B scope of warranty. Did so as it was "recommended to help" with the fix. Cash grab basically. After only 2 days and very little drive time, CEL back on. Same code. They did NOT resolve the issue. I am contacting Chevrolet corporate about this and refunding of part/services that were really not needed.

I had an appointment at 8:15 on Friday Dec 17, 2021. Dropped auto off. Got a call in the afternoon that they weren't going to be able to get to it that day so I picked it up. Made another appointment for the 20th. Dropped it off. The repair did get done that day but I lost the whole day on the 17th with nothing being done even though I was scheduled for service. No real explanation as to why the appointment was not honored.

what about the spray that i paid for something to the tune of 800.00 was it not done like i was told it would be every 6 months
