Had my vehicle for over 3 weeks, didn't return phone calls. Lacked communication, follow through, and professionalism. Will not go back

I took it in and was told it'd take a day it ended up taking 4 and my brakes are still not fixed

Felt I was overcharged as well as having to constantly call to get information on work being done. Was worst experience I've ever had there. Been taking vehicles there for years but will never go back again!
