The worst to date. They lied to me about my 27 pt inspection, they lied to me about topping off my DEF fluid, they told me they were the only ones who could flush my brakes and my transmission and wanted to charge me twice as much as other dealers. Very disappointed

They tried to gaslight me on one of the problems. I was having with my car. It was completely ridiculous what they were trying to tell me. They said the reason my Blietooth wouldn't work was because I was plugging my phone into the wrong spot for it to connect. The morons tried to tell me that Bluetooth and Andriod Auto was the same thing.

They sold me a car with warped rotors and refused to fix it. I already had to pay $900 in body repairs I was told would be fixed wen I bought it. I am unsure they even fixed the issue as I keep having to come back for this and my car revs way up when on cruise control so much so it may mess up the motor. Its still not running properly. I am not very happy at all.

Been in the shop since i bought it with suspension,transmission then motor problems. Thier cars are junk!

Poor my truck set in there service department for an hour and a half no one moved it. I could see it from waiting room. So I went out to ask why hasn't my truck moved. They said they would get right on it. I had an appointment for 1 pm got done around 3:30.

Worst service ever. If I could give -0- stars I would. We received rude and untimely service. Everything we requested was not completed when we received car back. Yet, your service dept. was going to charge us anyway. That is what I consider fraudulent. We will never purchase another car from Reliable or take my car for service there again.
