I'd give it less sold me a car that was obviously not worth the price it broke down already. Will never shop here again
1 1/2 hours for a oil change. Not sure we will be back
Getting the oil changed and tires rotated took 2 hours. We had an appointment. After checking on it a couple of times, we discovered that it had been sitting outside finished for awhile and we were not notified it was ready. If we hadn't checked no telling how much longer we would have waited.
Not happy with the way they treat their customers. Felt rushed and talked down. This is my first Chevrolet, it's a 2022 and I've had issue with the sensor, why? Also I returned a call by the service manager Devon, haven't had a call back. I guess my opinion doesn't matter. I do know in my profession I'll not recommend this company and I do see a lot of clients. Thank you for your time.
They didn't check the air in my tires and they needed air in 3 of them. If this is not included in the maintenance then I will get it done at Walmart where they do it. So I will air them up myself. They said they rotated the tires but it is funny that the same tires have the same low air pressure. I guess they think me being a woman that they can get by with that. Needless to say I am not happy.
Didn't do anything. Guess there isnt nothing this low class outfit won't lie about!!!!!!
Usually I havent had any issues taking my truck to Reliable Chevrolet. However, this time the didnt tighten the oil filter, this leaking oil all over my drive way. I will use them again, as I believe this was an isolated incident.

Only fixed part of problem I have had in twice for air conditioning they do not know a enough about their products to fix them and when you say something about it their rude.

Mr. Bostic, I am sorry you are still having issues with your A/C. I see we replaced the evaporator in June of this year and you had some wiring repairs done in September for the 3rd brake light to work to pass missouri state inspection. We would be more that happy to address the A/C concern again to repair the vehicle. Thank you for taking time to respond to the survey about your visit.
Not customer inclined. They didn't make the key right the first time and they charged me the second time for correct them mistake.
