Jesse Olguin my salesmen was great but after purchasing my 2024 Colorado truck the Dealership’s customer support is disgraceful. The trucks manuel did not have any warnings to not install a truck bed rack due to Chevrolet using thinner steel for the truck bed rails. Reliable Nissan sells me a Traverse with a leak in the exhaust (didn’t know til now) and they sold me a MPP and calls it a “bumper to bumper” warranty. So I’m paying $100 extra dollars a month only to find out when I have an issue they have no mechanics knowledgeable to work on my Chevy (Ironic they can take my money and sell it to me then they have to send me to Reliable Chevrolet to have it looked at) and then I’m told by the mechanic “there is no such thing as a cover to cover warranty that exist. Had to leave my truck there for 13 days before they could even look at it. Had them also perform an alignment but they did not adjust the steering wheel so now if my steering wheel is straight I go to the right.

Worst service ever. This is the third time I have had bad service at this center
They had my truck sitting in their lot for 10 days without even looking at it! On the 11th day the Manager said I can pick it up and they will call me when I'm next in the queue. Took it back and they had it another 4 days to complete the work. My window is still squeaking. Reliable is making my decision to write a review and very bad review very easy for me. My review will start by saying Reliable should rename itself UNRELIABLE.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Cory, the Service Department supervisor. The communication was severely lacking throughout the entire process. My car took an unreasonably long time to be fixed, and I was left in the dark about the progress most of the time. When I finally received my car back, it was shockingly dirty both inside and out. So the gentleman that checked us in and called me later in the morning to let me know that the shop was closing due to the weather was very unprofessional and when I asked, what am I supposed to do without a vehicle he said he didn’t know that wasn’t his concern. I was grateful for the used dealership side when I reached out to him later in the afternoon to let him know that I didn’t have my vehicle back and he told me that he would make sure that it would get delivered to my house on Friday.
