An oil change should take 30 to 40 mins tops not 4 hours. That is rediculous

Worst place to buy a car! !! Transmission started slipping, took it back.... nothing wrong??? Take your business elsewhere other than Reliable Chevrolet in Abq.

There is a lack of communication. I was never initially told how long it would take to service my vehicle. No one ever contacted me to provide me with updates. I had to initiate the conversation by calling. Which should have taken one day, ended up being five. It was very frustrating being without my vehicle for so long. Every evening I had to find a ride to work and get home. After purchasing a new vehicle, I should never had to be put in this situation. Very disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could. Three weeks of having my vehicle to only be told I had to put a new battery in it before it could be further diagnosed, because the service area at the dealership just swore up and down it was a bad battery causing my issues. Lone and behold, after paying their diagnostic fee for nothing and a new battery, my vehicle is still having the same issue that they refused to listen to me about.
