I Will never go back to get service done at this dealership. Horrible customer service experience!

Not having good communication with the customer. Or looking into the service maintenance information before hand. And after the service was completed charging the customer a fee of 72.00 and having to pay it because they didn’t inform me that my maintenance package was expired. Upon picking up my vehicle he gave me excuses on why I had a charge. The lack of customer service I will not do business with Reliable again or purchase a vehicle again.

Took my truck in to get fixed and pick it up payed over $600.00 hundred dollars for it not to be fix. They charged over $450.00 to look at my truck for a $50 part to change out and didn't even fix my truck.. no one getting back to me when calling to see what happened and my truck no fix. I want to sue next every time I take my truck in to your shop it come back worse!!!! I pay money every time and get screwed over and my truck don't get fixed!!!!

the ceramic coating detail left my vehicle with micro scratch swirls all over my paint job. very inconvenient to have to go back and it still didn't get resolved. now it looks worse scratches are still there plus paint job looks less shinny and more cloudy. Also the forgot to install my engine block heater so they offer to install it jimmy rigged after the fact at the dealership. I'm very disappointed with everything if I'm being honest.

3 hrs to long for oil change they don't carry my filters n have to order them each service very frustrating

I had a appointment at 1pm my oil change took 4:20 hours then they discovered a nail in one of my tires and it took another 45 minutes. I was never told about the ride and pick up Program till after I was there all day I missed my other appointment for that day ough I will not return or refer this location.

Took my car in two days after I bought it for a problem with my tire. They “fixed” it quick but didn’t complete the whole problem. Need to go back for them to reset items. Waste of time and gas.

They lost my keys. Took an hour for them to bring my truck out. When tech brings my truck around he slammed on the brakes and locked up the tires. Would not recommend never had a good experience here.
