horrible organization. mistaken billing. tried to bill 250 dollars more. there is always something at every service appt.

Barely bought the car and want to charge for a diagnostic. Horrible customer service. Didn’t want to work with me.

They weren’t honest about the contract that they wrote. It should’ve had all of the warranties on it. Instead, they only had one that much down and still owing almost more than what I gave down was ridiculous. All they want is their commission weren’t very professional at all and I would give them a -10. I will never go back to reliable Chevrolet ever again and I will recommend that people that I know don’t go there either…

Mechanic did not fix the problem. Angel service coordinator was excellent. Vehicle problem came back very next day while I was enroute to Los Angeles.

I have never been so frustrated by a dealership. Between insurance and the dealership, my truck has been tied up for 3 months. They didn’t even touch the truck for the first 4 weeks. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle, there was ~$1k worth of personal belongings missing from the inside of the vehicle. I will never be bringing my vehicle back here.

Aaron was great! I only problem was that they would not transfer my Disabled Veteran plates to my new vehicle. I have transferred these please 3 times in the past and I had all of the paperwork necessary to complete the transfer. They said they don’t do it as a dealership rule. This is not a good rule! It cost me my time to do this when is is completely unnecessary!

Service rep spared time to overlook the car. Service time was acceptable with the vehicle out for a few hours as anticipated (Multi-point inspection, and alignment.) However, I approved the mounting of two new tires and found NEW damages (due to carelessness) on my custom wheels that are not even a year old. Currently in a dispute pending a review of the damages. Didn't buy my car from them and I don't have warranty service with them. I CHOSE to have certified service from them and they damaged my custom Corvette rims. Weeks... read more

I LOVED working with Mike Lujan. He was so attentive and helpful. He got me exactly what I wanted and at a fair price. He managed to get me approved when i thought there was no hope. I felt comfortable with him. Where I got frustrated is with the lady who sells the warranties. It seems like she was almost mad at me because I kept saying no. I finally relented and bought a stupid warranty that I will never use. It's nothing but a scam and I regret not just getting up and walking out. I arrived at 1:55 for a 2:00 appointment for my first oil change. My maintenance light turned on the day prior, 4 months sooner than the dealership said the service would be needed. I hadn’t put on more than 3k miles on the car. The man to check me in wasn’t around and another man went ahead and checked in the person who arrived after me and then told me he forgot about me and that someone would get to me soon.
