Went for recall repair. Not happy with result. They were good people just don't know if Im hesitant to go back for their recommended work.

Was not happy with service. The service manager was not helpful and the sales department

Website scheduler is not good. I schedule service for my radio not working and an oil change and the representative said the online scheduler is not accurate. They were only able to do the oil change for that visit. I was not able to get all the services done at that time and I live 20 minutes away.

I was given one price for parts and labor, and when I brought my vehicle in the price doubled. I cannot trust that kind of service.

Almost three hours to change oil and rotate tires. And, I had an appointment. Also, very hard sell to put fuel treatment in my truck, put fear tacktic in trying to sell fuel treatment

The work performed on my car was adequate, but I did not appreciate the hard sell for other services. My Chevy Sonic had 60,000 miles. The service rep tried to tell me it was due for a transmission several at 60,000 miles. The service manual states this service is due at 90,000 miles.

The service staff were helpful, but my vehicle was towed in with an oil line failure only a month after my last oil change (also conducted at Reliable). The service team did not get to my truck for nearly three weeks. This has been a consistent problem with Reliable. Hopefully new staff will join the service team and vehicles can be serviced more efficiently.

They had our truck for 5 months waiting on a part. I know this was out of their control, but during this time there was no communication. When we got the truck back ot was filthy. There was used kleenex on the floor, oil on the doors, shocks missing in the glove box, and now one of my vents won't stay open. There was also a flim on my windows that I still can't get off. Worst experience we have ever been through.

I purchased a car beginning of yr had a great experience. Took for a oil change recently service dept needs approvement. Oil change took 3 and half hrs never received phone call it was ready lack of communication. Also, I had a email with the scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation was told their was a new employee that messed up that the rotation was not gonna be included in my visit.
