I purchased a vehicle and the truck pulls to the left. Part of the agreement to purchase and listed on the “we owe form” was for this issue to be resolved. Since I am still waiting on resolution of this issue I cannot give the dealership an honest rating at this time. However, the salesman was great! Very professional, polite and, responsive.
Vehicle sat for 2 1/2 months with no updates or communication initiated. It was evident that the Service Manager the Service Advisor, and Vehicle Technician don’t communicate regularly. It was I who would initiate a call to ask for an update, each time a different service advisor would tell me “I will find out that information and call you right back.” Not one single callback beginning in June when Jacob Ortega resigned his position at your service center. I took my truck in for a tire rotation. After waiting for one hour, I went to ask Aaron for a progress report. He said they were having an issue with their air compressor and it would be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, he came to tell me it was ready. An hour and 15 minutes for a tire rotation is not acceptable. Also, the next day I got a call from a woman who said she was the service manager. Brought car in after being recovered from being stolen. The service department sat on it for a month and never ordered any parts and kept giving my wife the run around about needing info from insurance, which we had, and we also gave them the check to start the work. The time our insurance gave us with the rental car ran out due to how long it was taking. My C8 Corvette Sat in there back lot 3 weeks after scheduled appointment date untouched and no update. Finally picked it up and had work done at Galles Chevrolet.
