All around worthless. They were dismissive, condescending and did not help me get my truck back and running at all. I will never refer anyone to reliable.

It took two days to get my car back. I was told it would be ready by 330. I called at 4:00 because nobody had called to let me know what was going on with my car. When I talked to some they told me they were down one technician. No communication from the service team at all. Every time I go in for service I run into some sort of a problem and they don’t care if I’m happy or not! Very dissatisfied!

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Left my truck for 2 days, expecting diagnostics to be completed, but upon pickup, I was informed it had sat idle the entire time with no work done. Unacceptable lack of follow-through.

Went in for an open recall after I scheduled and appointment a month prior so they could order parts for the open recall they date they didn’t have some of the parts in and after they took my vehicle for the day they stated they were going to call me back in one week for sure to have an expert come down and complete the recall but I was never contacted again. Then a lady called approximately two weeks later and asked how my experience was and when I explained she said she would ask about it and call back and just hung up.

Oil change took 3hrs when told 1. 5 to 2hrs. There was a lack of urgency and I had to make the inquiry after the 2hr mark.

I waited over three hours for an oil change which I feel is excessive. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get the same thing done in one hour. I didn’t even get a car wash or vacuum.

I bought a 2023 Chevy Colorado from reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque New Mexico.
