Very difficult. The manager has made it very hard for me. My truck is a lemon.

This is the Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my 66 years. I took in my 2023 Chevy Silverado LT 1500 4x4 5.3L for a reapply the zektech sealer and my truck went in clean and just washed. When I received a call to pick it up the condition I received it was Terrible. Spots all over the whole truck. Looked like water spots but it was everywhere on the truck. They wanted me to take it back so they can redo it but I decided not to take it back. I don’t trust them with it. I will never spend one more dime at this dealersh... read more

It took 3 hours for an oil change that was scheduled. At drop off I let them know the number they had on file was incorrect and gave the correct number. Also told them I would be waiting in the lobby. They didn’t correct the number and didn’t come look for me so I waited extra for no reason.

Not reliable, did not live up to the name reliable very unhappy with service. No one called me to give me up dates on my truck. I always had to call.

The service manager gave me the hardest time reaching him, which made it difficult to get any information on my vehicle being serviced there. No matter how many times I ask to get a call back and no matter how patient I was, I would receive nothing. I would call about 10-5 minutes before closing and when he answered he gave the same excuse every time, “I have been super busy with other customers and I was just about to call/get back to you.”. Service appears to be amateur and inexperienced. Some questions that were asked by me were never answered. Smudges were not wiped clean. Just seems very non professional.

This is the third time we brought in our truck for the check engine light. The first time they just told us it needed to do a regen and told us to drive it for 45 minutes. Second time we took it in and they just cleared the code and said it was fine and the third time we took it in they said the coolant was low and that's what was causing it. They never update you on the status and I have to call all the time to find out what's going on and they keep the truck for a week only to tell me that they cleared the code and nothing... read more

Spent the day there to get a bed cover put on. It won't stay closed and a piece is broken. Now they want me to bring it in to look at it then bring it again to fix it. 250 miles each trip! They also lost two bed stake hole covers and when asked said they didn't lose them. On top of all that the truck didn't come with a front license plate bracket and to get one is $189! I have to have the bracket for two license plates for South Dakota registration. You would think a $100,000 truck would have the bracket or it would be given... read more
