Severely disappointed bought a 2015 dodge Josh said nothing was wrong but he in fact lied as my AC and heater does not work would not reccomend Josh or this place as who knows how other vehicles are or if they are being honest or not

Eddie was a great person to assist me in my purchase. As far as the dealership they could improve on the way they operate on the paperwork part of the purchase.

Edit: Brand new vehicle has an issue and hasn’t been resolved in more than 2 weeks. Now we have to find out that the grace period we were promised was a lie. Deeply disappointed, I had been thinking of also tracing my Traverse for a new one, I am 100% sure I will not be doing any more business with Realible Chevrolet. Octavio was amazing, we were very happy with the whole process and transaction of trading in and buying our vehicle.

I responded to a recall for my 2007 Chevy Silverado. The recall was for the passenger airbag. I had an appointment on July 14, 23 at 9:00am to get this changed. I dropped off my truck and was told that it would be ready in 3 hours. 8 hours later I still hadn’t heard nothing from them so I went over to their service department and I was told that they haven’t started the job yet. I was not allowed to purchase the Volt at the advertised price. I was told I had to have the 2982 Option even though I didn't want it. I believe this is a shame and I will Never do business with your dealership and will tell everyone I know about your SCAM

Before I was even welcomed into the finance office I was instructed to go off the dealerships wifi and leave a 5 star review here. Salesman and finance have done nothing but complain about being overworked and short staffed during and after the deal, which I have found very unprofessional in a higher ticket sales position. With our deal falling apart Ken Orosco is extremely emotional and began to yell at my wife and I. I truly feel sorry for the staff below him.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change this morning, an hour and a half later I am called to the Service Desk and the technician said my engine blew up?? My truck went in with no problems, I later found out that the rear engine seal failed. I asked to speak with the service manager but got shop foreman instead, I guess there was no service manager on site. I asked what happens next, the foreman said that this was normal wear and tear? Benjamin was awesome. He explained everything and was a joy to deal with from the moment we walked in the building till we walked out. The problem is with management. I referred two other people that perched because I was promised a $100.00 bird dog fee. I never get the money and Benjamin tried repeatedly to get management to pay up!! I feel terrible for your sails staff!
