The salesman (Tristiano) was great, he worked with me and answered all my questions. Once it got past them it wasn’t great. I have called several times and left voicemails about stuff they still owe me and have not received any response in over a week and a half. They are quick to ask for a review, but won’t assist me in gaining any of the emergency equipment they owe me, or answers to the warranty questions I have. No sense of urgency once they sell you the vehicle.

I was in the sales office negotiating the purchase of a Silverado 2500HD High Country. The salesman told be the price is the MSRP and that they are not jacking up the price like other dealers. I was willing to pay that amount. We agreed on a price for my trade in and when the sales manager came over to go over the numbers, it was higher than I expected. I made a note of the TPMS values and place when I took my Volt for tire rotation. The paperwork had that after they rotated the tires they also checked the pressure and reset the TPMS. No, the pressures and placements were the same as when I took the car in. Evidence is that not only were the tires not rotated but that the pressure was not checked, nor the TPMS redone. On dec 15, 2021 i purchased a CERTIFIED chevy colorado. Ever since then i have had it back to the dealer 4 times for the same problem. this truck has a vibration starting at 65 and get worse as you increase speed. They have rotated and balance the tires twice. checked the front end. They even told me it was the rack and pinon and replaced the rack and pinon. It still had the problem. My salesman Mel never called me back about the dealership titling my vehicle incorrectly, the dealership never fixed it and they didn’t register my vehicle for disabled veteran plate, cost me an additional $80, if you’re Veteran stay away from this dealership

Great service but the coffee machine sure needs an upgrade…even my 2 year old nephew was not happy about it as well.

I posted a review earlier and the gm reached out and offered us to pay a months payment towards our vehicle and when I told him I was goin to call the Attorney General he pretty much told me to ask for Alex since he would be the one to reach out. (to me that sounds like a threat) and said he would advise me to take the offer that ken suggested but I personally don’t feel that’s enough for the 4 months of inconvenience we had to endure with this dealership

Nathen and Marcel was very helpful with questions and process . But I must say your service center needs to be more responsive I brought my truck in to have running boards mounted and driver/ passenger side window tint done it took almost 5 hours and I was not the only person complaining about taking way too long for simple services
