Bought a used vehicle from Reliable Chevrolet noticed the light coming on for low tire pressure and informed them on multiple times we brought the vehicle in for oil change and so called 27 point inspection check which they found no problems. Had to go to a third party to find out what was wrong come to find out this dealer sold a family vehicle with a plug on the side wall! Don't do it. Service is poor was promised tires and got the run around finally got tires and were not the ones I wanted. Took all day and they didn't even call to let me know it was ready to get picked up. Scratched my rims, they didn't say anything about it. Gave it a horrible muddy car wash when I already had it detailed and nice. They fixed the rim same experience took all day didn't call when it was done. I had always bought my vehicle from Reliable. But this time around it is making me think that I should have gone to another dealer. But then my family has always bought a new vehicle from this dealer. Maybe I am the one that has bad luck with them. So I got a vehicle from Reliable and it was bought on Oct 01, 2019 and to this day Dec 02, 2019 we have yet to receive the license plate. I bought a brand new Equinox when it was raining. It was also dark. I didn't notice all the scratches in the paint or on the black interior panels. I sent several emails to the dealership with no response. I did two live chats with no response and one of the chatters even hung up on me. I demanded to speak to the GM and I gave contact info but haven't heard from anyone. I will never buy from them again. James J.

Last week decided to make an appointment with service department for our check engine light. Went online to schedule and it was wide open and found a time that worked for us. The day of the appointment my husband goes in for the free diagnostics and was told he was going to have to drop it off because they "over booked". Stay away! I know car dealers are not always the most honest but these guys are on a whole other level of low. They sold us a demo truck "brand new" 4500 miles for $38,000. There was a huge scratch on the door panel so when we asked about the scratch they said they would deduct 5,000 from the price (from the 38,000). The next day after doing some research on our truck we discovered that we got jipped. I looked up their website and found a fully loaded 2019 Colorado for 38,000. I purchased a vehicle from reliable Chevrolet in August 2019. I purchased the vehicle on a Sunday and I was sold an extended warranty with the vehicle. I was able to find a better warranty at a cheaper price through the bank I financed with. After speaking with the bank and confirming they had not received my paperwork yet I called Monday morning to cancel the extended warranty and no one would answer my calls. So here's another bad rating because not only did I find out their service was awful as you can see in my post below but they are crooked cheats. I just got my car fixed by Marks Casa for 50$ vehicle works fine now. UNRELIABLE CHEVROLET said I needed a new module bc mine was fried and were going to charge me 800$...hahaha my module is fine they just wanted my money! THEY LEGIT SHOWED ME A FRIED MODULE THAT WASNT EVEN MINE! Cheat, crooked, liars! Shame on Darrel and shame on UNRELIABLE Chevrolet!

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a while. I had to get some work done on my Chevy Cruze and an oil change. I was supposed to be taken care of by Joe Calloway. Let me tell you, this guy is the WORST. Poor communication skills, unprofessional, unapologetically rude. Like if you hate your job that much I think it's time to quit. He has such a poor attitude.
