Brandon, the service manager, was knowledgeable and efficient. He told me what we needed, gained agreement and how much each services cost. The service was completed early and I was notified via my cellphone. Kudos to all.

I did ask for the brakes to be reviewed. I had new brakes put on back in July and they were squeaking and they are still squeaking after they looked at them again, so I am not very satisfied.
