What you quote for services is not what you charge when checking out nit good
Salesman was absolutely great. However the vehicle has been nothing but problematic. The transmission has had several occasions of failure to shift gears causing it to redline to dangerously high levels. Brought it in on multiple occasions, but techs have been unable to diagnose/resolve issues. Now check engine light has been on and parts have been changed without resolving the issue. Was nice at frist till i took my car home and find out no heating seats or string i was lied too
They keep returning my brand new truck with damage that I need to keep returning for them to "take care" of. And my original problem, which is the ac on a 2025 vehicle I bought 1 month ago, is still not resolved. Not even Manny the manager had returned any of my calls or responded to my email. Beyond disappointed.
Friendly and easy to locate but way way way too expensive. Good grief! High cost!

AJ, Sammy, Gabe the managers lied about fixing our vehicle on damage that occurred at lot before purchasing vehicle. Now they won’t fix our vehicle fender paint doesn’t match. Very misleading

Poor communication. I was not listened to when problems could have been avoided. Disappointed in the way the situation turned out. I asked several times for an invoice & was not provided one at the end. I also asked for an oil change which was never done. I have brought my vehicle in so many times in the past year & it wasn’t resolved till some parts stopped working. I feel these things could have been avoided. I hate this dealership I wish I would have never ever stepped foot into this place I regret it with every breath of my being. From the first day I bought my car problems, fraud and nothing being done about it. This time I went into dealer for tire rotation and oil change tires were never rotated I just have lost all faith in Nissan from a purchase to the simplest task of vehicle maintenance I’m so disappointed in the management in this place it pathetic
