My partner and I attempted to get a Nissan Rogue from this place.We saw a car that we wanted and were approved for it, however the dealership needed to get parts for the car as it remained inoperable on the lot. I had a wonderful experience with my sales person. He treated me like a million dollars. I love my car but after I got home I looked at my paperwork. The amount I agreed to pay for the vehicle with the salesperson and sales manager was different from what the finance manager Christian charged me. I was offered a platinum extended warranty plan which I declined. However Christian put a $5,000 platinum plan into the loan and did not disclose that to me. Horrible experience! My "certified vehicle" was definitely not a certified vehicle! Been 5 months and my car is still not getting the basic work that needed work! They also ripped my brand new carseat covers! They do not communicate at all!
I was sold a car on July 5, 2022. Waited until September 8, 2022 just to get the damage repaired since date of sale, headlights and driver door panel. They have had vehicle since September 8th and now they are refusing to repair anything. But, my headlights and door have been needing repair since the sale day, literally, how can you be okay with treating me this way. T.L. Terrell
NOT RECOMMEND For anybody to buy the used car from here. we are so disappointed. They will try to convince you to buy it but they will not have any responsibility for any issues after the used vehicle left from the lot. They do not let you return the car with some serious issue even just 1 or 2 days after buying. All the managers explained that that is the used car always have the issue and that is the reason why previous owner must sell it. CARMAX will be the better choice in the future for the used car
Needed to get 1 piece fixed on my car. They asked me "would you take your bad review down if we fix the little problem. Which was only a piece needing to be clamped down. Have not heard a word back from them. Oh but they wanted me to remove my review right away. This company has really disappointed me. Seems like they only care about ratings.

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I didn't ask for any additional things done to the vehicle. After doing first wash notice something very minor. I'm still within warranty time only had a week and Craig can't help doing anything. But oh they were sure quick to take My money. Very disappointed...

I purchased a new 2021 Rogue from Reliable and was promised a free oil change. When I set up for appointment they gave a run around, no one would help me. Very poor service No consideration. After you buy a car from them, they treat you very badly.

GO TO YOUR BANK TO FINANCE A CAR NEVER A DEALER!!! If I had went to my bank I would have been paying 3X's less a month on the same piece of sh** new car. They will also sell you an un-needed and expensive platinum repair warranty that becomes worthless in about 1 year and doesn't fix anything when you actually decide to use it or NEED to use it.
