"Recall (Manufacture Defect )" I went to Reliable Nissan today. At service , I told the representative that they emailed me a RECALL FOR MY NISSAN TRUCK. Then he said "You need to have an appointment for it" Then I said "An appointment for manufacture defect !!! He said YES, I went to Malloy Nissan they check my truck issue and fixed it for me, No appointment required. RELIABLE NISSAN !! THEY DON'T CARE ABOURT YOU AFTER YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM.
"( terrible service worse then I ever had )" Service department unprofessional bad customer service! Incomplete service! Now my third time going to the dealership just for a tire rotation! Because they forgot to do it! Also they got grease all over the inside of my car! Then the second time I went to get my tires rotated because they forgot to do it! "BEWARE!" By FAR the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I would have to say the worst in Albuquerque. Look at your contract closely! They add on crap to the original price of the vehicle not to mention needless warrenties they shove at you. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and the finance manager is a joke! They don't return phone calls or messages. The first day we spent 7 hours there, second day back to sign papers and spent another 8 hours there. Went back today and told them to keep their car! "Worst experience ever!!" I bought my first car from Reliable Nissan and it was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I left the lot crying, twice! I went in on a Sunday, just to look but of course they suckered me into going in and we talked numbers. I told them my price range and everything seemed to be going well. "Don’t waste your time All lies" The manager Manny is the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with at a car dealer. He will lie directly to your face and smile. I am a long time customer of Reliable Nissan and even bought a Chevy from Reliable Chevy once. But not after that experience. Kudos to the owner for hiring that lying xxxxx! You lost a customer for life.
"Sales rep great but take care of switching numbers @ signing" Recommend the Nissan brand, and even sales rep, but not the sales management. I went with my father so he could buy a car. We clearly stated over and over again our max. Sales rep turned us over to "Mgr" and he worked numbers. Found out later the switch was made. Great truck but didn't like the fast talking, complimenting, distracting sales mgr who couldn't produce original agreement papers even after saying "come in and I'll show them to you".... he didn't.
"Re “LIE” able!!! " Buyers Beware!!! This company is by far a full of xxxx and markets FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I was in the market for a used Nissan Rogue. On the website a 2017 Black Nissan Rogue S was valued at $13,495 with 43,858 miles. I called and spoke with a manager of Manny and he was willing to assist in any way.
