Worst plz everrr. I want to run to Center to surprise my fianc with an Xbox for his birthday. The big manager told me I cant take nothing under my name because one of their employees took something under my name and until they dont go or get to the bottom of it Im not allowed to take anything under my name we call the police the police showed up. Please do not do business with these people. We were in auto-pay with them when they decided to charge us 3 times in one month without our consent claiming their billing department did not charge us for the month of July. After we asked them to not charge them without asking they agreed. Only to have two of their employees come to our house at 6pm at night (after they closed) banging on our door screaming my husbands name and having the other one check out the back. About during my lease the item I was renting and paying $138/month for started literally falling apart and the battery went out rendering it useless. 2 months after dozens of phone calls and round trip visits to the store with the item they placed my payments on hold long enough to source a replacement item. 4 months after the item went out they found me a replacement that was merely an open box of parts that was incomplete and the bike frame was rashed and dented beyond repair. Was treated like trash by manager ***** and store employee ***. My due date was Saturday. I was at work. I had not logged into my account to pay them yet. They continually kept calling my phone and texting me. I sent a quick text back that I was at work. I paid my bill online after work , like I always do. I called them to see what the problem was. If I could give it a 0 I would so I became homeless staying in a hotel and I told the Saratoga store I couldn't afford the bed and tv anymore they refused to pick it up saying I had to pay because they can't take the bed back. i got a washer and dryer set that when i got them home there were bugs in them turned them back in the next day now they wont give me my money back cant even give a star for this store but you are making me give one and manager is so mean need to be fired

I made a payment and the website took two payments - on for 79 & the other for *****.. Its been 18 days and they "swear" it got refunded 12/7 but it hasnt hit my bank. I even called my bank and they said it should have hit the account already and they most likely havent submitted it yet. They send me "screenshots" of a refund receipt that doesnt even provide much info. I've been told 4-5 times in the last 7 days that the District manager will call and she never has. Horrible service by ******. I just purchased a home and went the not so expensive route and decided to order my bed through rent a center. Mistake! On the phone with ****** to order a bed frame the mattress in the box. Was on the phone for over 40 mins. Waited for over a week for someone to call me. No call. I was then able to schedule delivery online and went home to wait. No call no show. Was told no delivery yet. Then I was told no mattress came with it as well.
