They are charging me more than what the actual monthly payment is. I had told them upon rental agreement I did not want the *** insurance but they are still adding it to my bill. It's not required.

Horrible experience. NO STARS. My refrigerator is broken. ***** offered me $250.00 to rent a refrigerator while we wait for the part. I have perfect credit and was willing to give a 6 month deposit even though I only needed the refrigerator for a few weeks. My application was denied with no explanation. They didnt even ask for any personal information. I was told I couldnt re-apply for 30 days.

This pertains to the store *****************************************. They are the most rude and unprofessional business I have ever experienced in life!! The employees and managers are extremely rude, they speak to the customers in anyway, I have text messages to prove. I have just never experienced a business like this. Was supposed to receive a credit on my account for damage furniture that was received Ive paid way over $1000 for a couch and loveseat and it was informed that I still owe way more money. Call the corporate office waiting for the corporate manager to call me back a week now has not returned my call Then they sent me a demand letter to return the furniture or pay more money and I have not heard anything from corporate yet worse business in the world to deal with a run do not deal with them

I would not even give you a .5 Star cause I was discriminated against by telling them I was in recovery from addiction and had ********* statement copy of pay stub ********** ?? and even talked to my house manager and so they sent me a copy of a receipt and lease agreement with a delivery date and the day the delivery day they inform me that they were going to refund my money because they said that I didn't have proof of residency cause I was in rehab and recovery and then tell me that they do this for all their customers I ... read more

I give this place a 0. I got a **and ** stand was ask to pay $10 to get it. And I was told my note won't be over $80 go to pay note and they asked for $120. . Now I've only had the ** and stand for 3 days. I explained to them what we were told.and they said well ok we will pick it up. .they don't fix anything they still from the customers. I wouldn't have gotten the stand but the employee lied to my face!. And the manganger called me and said the lady wasn't supposed to book any deliveries without her consent. I had to give this place a "one" star only to share my experiences with this unprofessional place. Harassment and lies. Stated that it was the property manager during Thanksgiving weekend. Prices are almost $1,000 over the actual price of the item that is sold EVERYWHERE else. Bangs on the apartment unit door - ready to bust it down, as if they're wild animals. I will seek legal advice and take it to the next level.

The renta center in *********,** on 322 is a serious fraud . The employees continuously lie to me on the phone . Each time I call them they are telling me that they dont now anything to help me. I purchased a washer and dryer from them in April of 2022 . Since then my washer broke so I called them in July of 2023 to come and pick up my washer. Here it is December of 2023 and i dont have my washer back yet. And the rental washer they gave us on Saturday novemer 2023 doesnt work half of the time. So theyre telling us that they... read more
